Hello fellow crafters!! Well it`s the end of another weekend and for a change I`ve managed to get a card completed for four challenges I am going to enter into.
I am entering this card into A new challenge blog called http://http//simplylessismoore.blogspot.com/ and as you`ll see by the title the challenge has to be simply clean and simple. I am not used to just stamping straight onto base card but I must say it so lends itself to being such an elegant form of crafting. Try it out sometime you`ll surprise yourself. The other blog i am going to enter this into is the http://http//thesecretcraftersaturdaychallenge.blogspot.com/ Both blog challenges asked for flower stamped or digi. Less is More made it a little more open with adding in a choice of image of a tree as well.
Having used my promarkers for colouring in and the challenge is something to do with love I am entering this intohttp://http//promarkerchallenge.blogspot.com/
http://http://totallygorjuss.blogspot.com/ this weeks challenge is LOVE
For this Challenge I have used.
Base card linen card from the Papeterie, Dyce.
Embossing was done using a Glitter Girls board Emboss to Impress
Image stamped with Memento ink is Rose Bouquet by Personal Impressions and coloured in using Promarkers;- Burgandy;poppy; lipstick red;baby pink; olive green;bright green;leaf green; lime green; ice grey 1,2,&3; powder & pastel blue.
Pearl embellishments were from my craft stash
Sentiment "With Love" stamped with Stazon ink is from Hobby Art.
Please feel free to leave a comment about my work.
It really is much appreciated and I love reading them all.
Hope you`ve all had a lovely weekend.

Really beautiful, Linda and the embossing is just super.
ReplyDeleteHallo Linda, you chose a roses image as well, I just love roses but they don't like our garden soil and it just gets too cold up here to have everything in pots and wrap it all up for the four months of winter. So I love to see them on cards etc. Thanks for the lovely comment you left it was very kind of you. I have a wee candy if you are interested at the moment and I am going to go and find my embossing plate, so that I can have a go at making a frame like you have, it is very effective. Hugs Heidi x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Linda. The grid technique looks great and such an easy way to add dimension to a card.
ReplyDeleteVery classy looking, great job with the LiM challenge!
